Yes, all of our products are farm-fresh and sourced from trusted suppliers. We take pride in offering only the highest-quality meat, chicken, and fish products to our customers.

Yes, all of our meat products are halal.

Yes, we do not use any hormones or antibiotics in our products.

Unfortunately, we are unable to modify or cancel orders once they have been placed. Please make sure to double-check your order before submitting it.

We do not accept returns on perishable items such as meat, chicken, and fish products. However, if you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Delivers

We currently deliver to the following regions in Kashmir: Srinagar, Anantnag, Baramulla, Ganderbal, Budgam, and Kupwara.

We strive to deliver your order as soon as possible, typically within 60 minutes to advance booking till evening 9 pm, following the government laws. However, delivery times may vary depending on your location and availability of stock.

We accept payment via major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as Google Pay, Phone Pay, and scan QR code.
